Cale Denson: I am a Christian home-school kid who started P90X because I wanted to break the grain of teenage " reckless eating/lifestyle" I have dedicated myself to wellness. P90X is just the beginning. I believe exercise and a healthy diet will considerably reduce health problems in the future.
