Day 49: Legs and Back
Besides Monday, this is the best week I have ever had. I’ve
shattered all of my records! I’m doing more reps, with more weight, going
deeper in my lunges, holding positions longer and working sooo much harder! I
did over 100 pull-ups today. I barely did more than 40 on my first day.
Improving feels really good.
I haven’t mentioned this before, but there is a monthly
Beachbody competition. So here are the rules: You complete a Beachbody workout
program (like P90X or Brazilian Butt Lift ect…) then you send your
transformation story, as well as your photos, to Beachbody.com. They choose a
winner based on your story and results. I am going to be the only sixteen
year-old to ever complete P90X. In fact, they don’t even have an age group lower
than 18. Hopefully I will change that.
The winner can win up to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars!!!!
Needless to say, the prospect of winning all of that money is motivating, to
say the least!
I’m more than half way done with my 90 day challenge. My goals
Extend further than getting a hot body. I am passionate about becoming an
Athletic Trainer and am willing to go through as much college and physical
training as necessary. As everyone knows, in order to be an Athletic Trainer, I
have to become an athlete. When I complete my P90X challenge, I am going to
continue getting in better and better shape. I am going to continuously keep
improving!
